| W. Bro David Winder Following the Royal Ark Mariner Grand Assembly on December 11th the Grand Master H.R.H. Prince Michael was pleased to confer Royal Ark Mariner Grand Rank on W. Bro David Winder, Assistant Provincial Grand Master. | |
| This was a “Field Promotion” made after the Assembly had taken place. David received his official Letter of Appointment on Wednesday and the Provincial Grand Master along with the Deputy Provincial Grand Master and Provincial Secretary were pleased to go along and present David with his Grand Collarette whilst he was in hospital before he went home at the weekend. | |
| Needless to say the Province extends best wishes to David on his road to recovery. | |
